SPECIAL EVENT
What is it?
Long form indie teams show off their stride and compete to be named audience favorite. A place for green teams and professionals alike, this showcase is a laugh-off to the blue ribbon. Only one team can be named Best in Show!
How it works:
3 indie teams from near or far, each performing for 20 minutes. Show order is drawn from a hat.
Surprise “jumps”, also pulled from a hat. Eg: There must be one silent scene in your set, or there has to be a song in your set, etc.
The hosts will dole out compliments but the winning team is eventually determined by popularity (paper votes), so... bring your friends!
How to apply:
To submit your team, reply to this email or contact info@sbimprov.com with:
1. Your Team Name
2. Names of your team members
3. A 1-3 sentence description of your team's deal: can be silly, should include format/intentions/goals. This is for me to get who you are but also for posting somewhere publicly
4. A Team Photo (also for posting at some point in the next weeks - if you have one now already, even better)
Show Date (click on the date to buy tickets!):
Show time: 8pm

As the evening draws nigh, you too can rise from the darkness (of the audience) and offer your souls to the stage for a short form jam. The Harvest Show awaits.
