These are some of the games that you’ll find here at Santa Barbara Improv. I’m slowly adding to this list, so it’s pretty sparse right now. Also, it’s not meant to be a comprehensive list of games, rather it’s intended to describe the games that would be played either in class or in a performance. There’s a general description for the student or performer, more detailed notes for the instructor, and a typical introduction to the game that would be given either in a class or performance.
Also, we will often bring in games that we’ve discovered from other improv sights, classes, books, or developed by someone in the community. I won’t try and create a full entry for those ad-hoc games until they become part of the regular repertoire.
